Delivery Schedule

• We deliver Tuesday-Saturday, however special arrangements can be made with advance notice. If you need special accommodations, please email us

• Same Day deliveries are available if order by 10am 

• We rarely have cancellations, however if you’ve placed an advance order we require at least 72 hours notice 

Delivery Fees & Service Areas

Delivery fees will automatically be calculated for Bay Area deliveries at checkout. Delivery fees are below:

• Bay Area $20 (SF, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond)

• Greater Bay Area $35 (Marin to Healdsburg and Peninsula to San Jose)

Packaging

All arrangements arrive in a vase and are hand-delivered. We deliver ‘gift ready’ (meaning your recipient won’t receive the invoice or receipt) and we can include a handwritten note with your delivery.

Does the recipient need to be home?

No, but please give us instructions on where to leave the delivery if someone isn’t home.

Custom Orders

Lead Times

• Depending on the materials in your arrangements our lead time can vary. 

• Arrangements of 10 or less can be completed in a week (if you need something more urgently, please email or call us) 

• For arrangements of 10+ please give us a 1- week notice 

Payment, Order Changes, & Cancellations

Because of the nature of working with fresh materials, we are not able to offer refunds. 

Order changes We prefer to have as much notice for order changes as possible, but 48 hour notice, we’ll try out best to work with you. 

Cancellations While we rarely have cancellations, if we’re within 4 days of your event and flowers have been purchased we are not able to return your deposit. However, we will do our best to work with you, please give us a call or email about changes or cancellations as soon as possible. 

Sourcing Materials

• We work with local farmers as much as possible.

• Because of our work with unique and hard to find flowers, many of our materials come from Hawaii and other global farmers who adhere to sustainable working environments.
